WHY START NOW?

AI is moving quickly.
Your next step can be simple.

As AI tools develop, the opportunity is to build better working habits—starting with the tasks your team repeats every week.

Providers that learn to use these tools well can free up capacity, respond more efficiently and give their teams more time for the work that needs a human touch. Those improvements can become a competitive advantage.

You don’t need to chase every new product. You need to understand what’s useful, what’s safe and where to begin.

SMALL IMPROVEMENTS. EVERYDAY VALUE.

01

Ease the office workload

Explore quicker first drafts of staff messages, induction materials and general communications—always checked by a person.

02

Use what you already have

Understand the possibilities within Microsoft 365 and Copilot Chat before deciding whether more software is worth paying for.

03

Make time savings count

Identify where reclaimed time could improve responsiveness, support your staff or create capacity as your service grows.

YOUR GUIDE

Matt
Hallows.

Frontline understanding.
A wider system perspective.
Practical AI experience.

CARE KNOWLEDGE COMES FIRST

Technology makes more sense when you understand the work.

I bring together frontline adult social care experience, knowledge of how the wider care system works, and practical experience of AI transformation.

That combination shapes my approach. We start with the realities of delivering care: busy teams, competing demands and the administration that sits around supporting people.

My role is to make the possibilities understandable, help you ask the right questions and identify a useful first step for your organisation.

THE PLACE TO START

A clearer picture.
A practical first step.

A welcoming introduction for owners, managers and care teams. Space to ask questions. Examples that feel relevant to your day.

PRACTICAL AI FOR CARE BRIEFING

Understand the tools.
See the possibilities.

In 75 minutes, we’ll explore what AI can do, where Microsoft 365 fits and how to recognise opportunities that are worth your team’s time.

  • AI awareness and the changing landscape
  • Microsoft 365 and Copilot Chat: a clear introduction
  • Care-relevant examples of everyday administration
  • Personal information, human checks and safe boundaries
  • Time savings, business value and sensible next steps

A DIFFERENT WAY TO THINK ABOUT VALUE

A few minutes can
make a meaningful difference.

Imagine ten staff each saving six minutes on routine administration every working day.

5 hoursof potential team capacity each week

10 people × 6 minutes × 5 days ÷ 60

Illustration, not a forecast. Time saved becomes useful capacity only when it can be redeployed. It isn’t automatically a cash saving; allow for training, checking and tool costs.

WHEN YOU’RE READY FOR MORE

Build confidence.
Then build on it.

Start with the briefing. Choose further support when you know what would be useful.

HUMAN JUDGEMENT STAYS AT THE CENTRE

Useful AI starts with sensible boundaries.

We use fictional or non-personal examples, discuss how to protect information and keep people responsible for checking outputs. Care decisions need appropriate professional judgement and oversight.

Do we need to buy Microsoft Copilot?

No paid Copilot subscription is needed for the introductory briefing. Copilot Chat is included with eligible Microsoft 365 subscriptions, while other capabilities may need additional licensing. Your organisation’s settings also affect access. Read Microsoft’s current licensing guidance.

What does booking involve?

Email with your preferred days or times and whether you’d like an in-person or online session. We’ll discuss your team and agree a date, the total price and booking terms before confirmation.

LET’S FIND YOUR FIRST STEP

Bring the conversation
to your care team.

I’m arranging a small number of introductory briefings for North Dorset providers during October and November 2026. In-person sessions offer space to connect, discuss and explore together. Online delivery offers flexibility.
